Cocinando con Mami brings back memories of my mom cooking in the kitchen. My mom
passed away many years ago and I never learned to cook the Puerto Rican
favorites I grew up on. Watching this Video was wonderful because I am a visual
person.....I hate reading "instructions" on a Recipe. These videos SHOW you what to do. And "Mami" explains PERFECTLY what to do and when. Every meal I've made has come out AWESOME!!! I am so glad I found your website. I now have purchased a set of Cocinando Con Mami Videos for my neice as a gift. She wants to also be able to cook our Puerto Rican heritage dishes and when she saw what I learned to do she was excited when I told her I have the perfect gift for her! Thanks again for putting so much hard work into putting these videos together. You not only helped me learn to cook meals I grew up on, but also helped bring my "Mami" to me in spirit when I'm in the kitchen because I know she's smiling down on me, very proud that I'm cooking the foods she once did. Your website will always be highly recommended.
